We met this cute couple today as we started our day in Acadia National Park. There was also a third dog in the back seat. Looks like they were ready to take off.
We had a wonderful day (Friday) in the national park. It was a beautiful place. All we could say was "wow" as we drove down the Park Loop Road. The temperature dropped 20 degrees while we were there. We kept busy
putting on more clothes so we could stay warm.
The Acadia National Park is located on the Atlantic Sea coast of Maine. We saw waves crashing against the
high rock
cliffs. There were some of the prettiest lakes I have ever seen. This lake is called Bubble Pond and it looked like it was bubbling. In some of the areas, the trees were beautiful with colors of Fall. There were so many places where we just wanted to sit and stay a while.
