When we woke up this morning, the rain and thunderstorm was over and the sunshine was so pretty. We pulled out of the campground at 8 AM driving on Hwy 82. In a couple hours, we came to the Sacramento Mountains.

When we woke up this morning, the rain and thunderstorm was over and the sunshine was so pretty. We pulled out of the campground at 8 AM driving on Hwy 82. In a couple hours, we came to the Sacramento Mountains.
We traveled up the mountain to Cloudcraft, NM, which has an elevation of 8,650 feet. It was beautiful drive. The mountains didn't look like any I have ever seen before. I began to notice some areas of white on the side of the mountain. We were discussing if it was snow when just as we went around a curve, it was snowing all around us. It was exciting. Soon we begin to go down the mountain and drove out of the snow. The views were amazing.
